The Learning for Life Day Camp program began in 2007, as a way of taking children out of the confinements of a classroom setting and placing them in a natural environment.   With just a short drive to Camp Royaneh in the beautiful redwoods, children are able to take advantage of all that the program has to offer.

The Learning for Life Day Camp program focuses on those activities which allow students to develop individual character and enhance their teamwork skills, while expanding their understanding of the environment and the importance of nature.

  10:00-10:15 - Arrive at Camp/ Welcoming Ceremony
           
   10:30-11:50 – Students visit 2 different activity stations

   11:50-12:20 – Lunch and tag games

   12:20-12:50 – Campfire activities

   12:50-2:50 – Students rotate between 3 activity stations
 
   2:50-3:00 – Closing Ceremony/ Awards

    3:00 – Leave camp

    5:00 - Arrive at school
